AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CAMERA?
Flash is not allowed but we do allow small personal cameras. No cameras with detachable lenses allowed. Use of cameras may be restricted or prohibited on a per-show basis.
IS THE NCA HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, both the Main Street and West Pearl Street entrances are handicap accessible. There is an elevator in the lobby which services all four floors of the Center for the Arts. Handicap accessible and companion seats are noted on the clickable seating maps when purchasing tickets. If you need assistance with accessible seating, please call our box office at 1-800-657-8774.
WHY DO I ONLY RECEIVE MY TICKETS A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW?
First, receiving your tickets close to your show date minimizes the potential risk of misplacing them. We’ve had many instances of ticket-buyers losing tickets they had purchased several months ago, only to be left stressed trying to find them shortly before the show. By receiving them a few days in advance, they are at the top of your inbox! (You will still receive a purchase confirmation email at the time of purchase).
Second, as suspicious ticketing transactions from less reputable (or even illegal) secondhand vendors rise across the live event industry, a shortened window such as this prevents scalpers and other questionable buyers from getting their hands on YOUR tickets. Protecting the security of the Nashua Center for the Art’s ticket buyers is a top priority for us, and every decision we make is to ensure our ticket-buyers are guaranteed the best possible customer experience.
WHAT IF I'VE LOST MY TICKETS?
Our Box Office is here to help recover any lost ticket information and can be reached at boxoffice@spectaclelive.com or call 1 (800) 657-8774
I AM A NASHUA-BASED ARTIST OR A MEMBER OF A NASHUA ARTS ORGANIZATION. CAN THE NCA HELP PROMOTE MY EVENT OR ORGANIZATION?
Yes. Nashua based artists/arts organizations may drop off flyers at the box office during normal business hours (10a-4p, Mon-Fri) for display in the lobby. Please note that placement of materials is at the sole discretion of management.
