A career diplomat of the highest order, John Sullivan has distinguished himself as a patriot serving under presidents of both parties. His extensive experience includes former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State and former U.S. Ambassador to the Russian Federation, is a Distinguished Senior Fellow with the National Security Law Program as well as a partner in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC and New York offices, co-leading the firm’s National Security practice.
