community dates

Community dates may be booked at the Nashua Center for the Arts by non-profit organizations residing within Nashua City limits at a deeply discounted rental rate. Complete the attached form to receive information and a detailed quote. (This discount is for the rental of the venue only and does not include any tech equipment, labor, or additional services.)

Non-performace spaces​

Non-performance spaces are made available during non-peak hours (Monday – Friday from 9am – 4pm) for local Nashua non-profit community-based organizations. Reservations are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of building management. Location: VIP Lounge/Boardroom (3rd Floor) | Conference style (10-12 people); U-shape (16 people) | Adult supervision required for attendees under the age of 18. No outside catering; Outside food and beverage is limited to take-out, coffee, waters, soft drinks, & pastries; No food deliveries; Use of our spaces does not include any paper goods, utensils, drinkware, etc…; No alcohol permitted. Space must be left in the condition it was found. Additional cleaning will result in a fee. Audio-Visual: One HDMI cord | No production or tech labor included. Any needs will be at an additional cost. This also includes table set-up, etc.

Lobby spaces

Nashua based artists/art organizations may drop off professionally printed standard sized brochures at the box office during normal business hours (10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday) for display in the lobby to promote their respective organization. library tickets

Two free tickets for each Spectacle Live-promoted show are provided to the Nashua Public Library for use by city residents. Tickets are made available on the Museum Pass page of the NPL website. Note that voucher holders must claim their show tickets at the NCA Box Office at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event, or they may be invalidated.
